Courtney Melanson – Santee, CA
Courtney comes to Midland from Santee, CA and continues the recent recruiting success out of the state under Coach Reynolds. A 5’5” defender, Courtney played her club soccer for Nott’s Forest Football Club and is a senior captain for her West Hills High School team.
Coach Reynolds thoughts on Courtney:
“We sort of lucked into finding Courtney with her grandparents living in the Fremont area. She attended our summer camp and we immediately knew Midland was a great fit for her, and she was a great fit for us. She is an aggressive defender who will be a great addition in our backline.”
Courtney plans on majoring in nursing, and her parents are Ron and Stephanie Melanson.
