Older’s Tryouts 2013

Welcome to Nott’s Forest F.C. competitive tryouts for the upcoming 2013-14 season.  We recognize this can be an anxious time for your soccer player as he/she “tries out” for a team.  It is our intent to have a range of competitive levels at all ages from the entry level teams at AA-C through the elite Premier level.  Players will be evaluated by our professional Forest coaches as to technical skills, tactical awareness, physical ability and commitment to the game.

Please complete the Player Information, Release and Medical Consent and bring to first tryout.  Registration begins 30 minutes before tryout start time.  Players should attend all tryout dates for their age group, so coaches have an opportunity to give a fair evaluation.  Please keep your same tryout number for all sessions. Coaches may call and talk to players and/or parents about the player’s status with the team, either during or at the conclusion of tryouts.  It is possible the coach may need more time to evaluate a player before making a final decision.  We have two teams in many age groups and it may take 2-3 days after the last tryout for coaches to make their final calls.  A player may be invited to attend additional practices for further evaluation. All players who participate will be contacted.
